  • Photo confirmation of completed work within 24-48 hours
  • Careful handling of all signage and property
  • Compliance with local regulations and ordinances
  • Respectful treatment of property and neighbors

Liability and Responsibility

California Real Estate Services takes reasonable precautions to prevent damage during our work. However, clients should be aware of the following:

  • We are not responsible for underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles not marked or disclosed prior to installation
  • Property owners are responsible for verifying that sign placement complies with local zoning laws and HOA regulations
  • We recommend calling 811 (Underground Service Alert) before installation if there are concerns about underground utilities
  • California Real Estate Services is not liable for sign damage caused by vandalism, weather, or other events beyond our control after installation
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate property addresses and access information

Property Access

By submitting a service request, you confirm that:

  • You have authorization to place or remove signage on the specified property
  • You have provided accurate information about property access
  • You have disclosed any special conditions or restrictions that may affect our work
  • You have informed tenants or property occupants when applicable

Cancellations and Changes

We understand that real estate transactions can be unpredictable. Our policy for service changes includes:

  • Requests to cancel or modify service should be submitted as soon as possible
  • If work has already been completed when a cancellation is received, standard service fees apply
  • Address corrections should be provided immediately to avoid incorrect installations

Payment Terms

Payment terms and service fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to service completion. Photo confirmation serves as proof of completed work.

Photo Confirmation

As part of our service commitment, we provide photo confirmation of completed work within 24-48 hours. These photos serve as documentation that the requested service was completed as specified. Please review photos promptly and contact us if you have any concerns about the completed work.

Weather and Delays

While we strive to complete all services promptly, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. We will communicate any significant delays and work to complete your service as quickly as possible.
