Communication

At California Real Estate Services, communication is our number one priority. We maintain strong communication through the submission of your email, phone number, and office location.  Not only do we promise to communicate clearly and frequently with you, we promise that we will always be available to answer any questions or concerns you have. We recommend that you save our number and email for quick and easy communication. On our side, communication will consist of; confirmation of requests, photo confirmation of services, general communication, and payment discussions. We want to do the job right the first time, and quicker than the last time!

Work Schedule

All services (excluding custom posts) will be completed within 24-48 hours of reception, unless otherwise requested. We will complete services as early as 6:30am and as late as 9:30pm on weekdays. Services will not be performed on weekends. If a request is submitted on a Friday, and cannot be completed that day, it will be completed by the following Monday. 

Liabilities

It is up to the client to inform and communicate clearly with us. If a change needs to be made after completion of the service it is up to the client to communicate with us. All charges will be made based on our pricing system found on the Prices page of this website. Please make sure that there are no HOA restrictions before requests.

In the event that a specific installation location is not communicated, California Real Estate Services is not responsible for any property damage caused by installation or removal of a sign post. 

Payment

All clients will be invoiced on the first of every month for the previous month’s work. Invoices will be sent to the email address listed on the request forms unless specified otherwise. All charges will be made on a per-service basis. For example, if a sign is installed in January, and removed in February, the client will be charged for the installation on February 1st, and charged for the removal on March 1st. All invoices are to be paid within 30 days.  If after 30 days no payment is received, a 3% per month service charge will be added to the total of the invoice. Payment via check is standard as well as preferred. Other payment methods are available upon request. 

Custom Post Terms and Conditions

All custom post requests are handled on a per-client basis. Custom posts will be made as quickly as possible. All posts will be painted white unless otherwise specified. All posts will be 8′ x 4′ unless otherwise specified. All posts will have tapered ends unless otherwise specified. Clients should specify the location of sign rider clips and brackets if they are installing the sign themselves, otherwise clips and brackets will be attached at a default location. Prices on custom posts are subject to change based on the current price of materials.
